For more than a century, the Bachelet family has cultivated vineyards in Burgundy with the same unwavering commitment to excellence. Today, Vincent and his son Étienne continue this family tradition, crafting wines of precision and elegance that faithfully express the unique identity of each climat.
Nestled in the heart of Chassagne-Montrachet, the Vincent Bachelet Estate harmoniously blends historic heritage with modern winemaking facilities. In its 18th-century vaulted cellars, the wines are aged in oak barrels, while a contemporary winery enables each vineyard parcel to be vinified with precision, preserving its unique identity.
Each vineyard parcel is vinified separately to preserve its individual character. Natural fermentations, oak barrel ageing and a restrained winemaking approach allow every wine to express the unique identity of its terroir and the character of each vintage with precision and balance.
